SIKA-B Application: Fluidization

SIKA aeration systems and components bring value to any dry processing operation. First, these systems produce mass flow for every bin shape. They eliminate discharge problems like bridging, funneling and ratholing, and are highly temperature tolerant (up to 950°C/1740°F). Their uniform porosity ensures equal gas flow over the whole surface, and their high mechanical strength makes them well suited for high differential pressures and flow rates. Strong chemical resistance makes them ideal for corrosive applications as well. In most applications, SIKA aeration components maintain operating efficiency through years of continuous use. They create no vibration, which normally can fatigue vessels and load cells. That, too, means longer life. SIKA aeration systems are easy to install; they utilize minimal gas consumption and, with no moving parts, they require little maintenance.
